The Nominations Committee submits a slate of officers for election at the Annual Meeting. The President, Vice-President, and Member-at-Large are elected annually. The Secretary and Treasurer are elected biennially in odd numbered years. 

The Nominations Committee is composed of six persons, three of whom are not members of the Executive Council. In addition, the Vice President/President Elect serves as the Chair of the Committee.

The Committee submits a slate of officers for election 30 days prior to the distribution of ballots. Ballots must be distributed at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the fiscal year (July). The Committee will submit the next slate of candidates in spring 2006.
